The package and salary will depend on the successful candidate's experience and background.

All lawyers in the team get access to top-tier performance coaching with a core focus on communication skills and commercial acumen but this can be tailored to the individual needs of the successful candidate.

The firm is located centrally to the motorway in Albany with parking provided. This allows our team to spend less time in traffic each day.

Ideal Candidates:

We are seeking an innovative, driven, and results-oriented professional with proven experience in commercial litigation and/or insolvency. Individuals with a strong commercial background will also be considered. The ideal candidate must:

Job Responsibilities:

• Resolving complex commercial disputes;
• Reviewing cases, providing sound advice and representation;
• Managing numerous legal matters;
• Drafting court documentation and submissions;
• Numerous Court appearances;
• Supervising junior lawyers (if applicable experience).
