Litigation Management Support

• Process advance payment disbursements and clear advance payment accounts; notify relevant departments of litigation reports; and inform relevant parties of interest rate adjustments in accordance with court judgments.
• Coordinate with relevant departments when additional documents are required, and update or correct case progress and movement records in Excel and the LIT system.
• Scan litigation-related documents for uploading to the Case Management Department's Z Drive system, and perform other assigned duties.
• Coordinate with lawyers, relevant officers, and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
• Highly motivated, hardworking, patient, responsible, and dedicated to work.
• Detail-oriented, thorough, honest, and possess good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with colleagues and as part of a team.
• Experience in legal-related work will be an advantage and will be given special consideration.
