We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a collaborative legal team. This role supports attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial, and is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
• Draft, prepare, and electronically file legal documents and pleading
• Conduct legal and factual research
• Assist with trial preparation, discovery, and case management
• Maintain and organize case files and litigation records
• Coordinate attorney calendars, deadlines, hearings, and depositions
• Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and other case materials
• Transcribe dictation and prepare correspondence as needed
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong trial preparation and case management experience
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff
