Litigation Paralegal

Location: Fort Myers, FL (In-Person / Hybrid Potential)

Boatman Ricci, P.A. is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for our Fort Myers office. We handle commercial litigation — construction defect, real estate, and partnership disputes — on both the plaintiff and defense side, working in file-based teams rather than single-attorney assignments.

What you'll do:

• Manage a full caseload from intake through trial: drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses
• Coordinate deadlines, filings, and case strategy alongside attorneys and case managers
• Support trial preparation and, when needed, in-person trial support

What we're looking for:

• Prior litigation paralegal experience (civil litigation preferred; construction defect or commercial litigation a plus)
• Strong procedural knowledge and independent case management skills
• Comfortable with e-filing and legal case management software (we use Centerbase)
• Based in or able to commute to the Fort Myers area
