McGarvey PLLC focuses primarily on real estate and probate litigation. We represent clients in complex real estate, title, and probate disputes, including contested capacity matters. Our clients are title insurance carriers, sophisticated real estate investors, property owners, and feuding families. We believe in approaching cases to find innovative and creative business-minded solutions, but we are not afraid to fight for our clients’ rights in court. We are a technology-forward firm that leverages modern systems, automation, and AI tools to better serve our clients and operate more efficiently. Following onboarding and training, this position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Essential Requirements:

You are an experienced civil litigation paralegal with a demonstrated ability to independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial preparation. We are looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of his or her work, communicates proactively, and is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Preferences:

We’d prefer it if you have real estate or probate litigation experience, but that’s not required. Candidates with experience in civil litigation, including business, insurance defense, or personal injury, are encouraged to apply.

Compensation Package:

• Compensation starts at $60,000 and increased based on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities
• 401(k) based upon eligibility, with a 3% employer contribution
• Paid holidays. Plus, we strive to close between Christmas and New Year
• Medical and Dental Insurance for the employee
• Lower billable requirement
• Hybrid work arrangement
