Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with 2–5 years of experience handling personal injury cases in litigation. This position may be worked remotely or from the office, however, candidates must reside in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize personal injury litigation files from petition through resolution
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other parties
• Review, organize, and track medical records, affidavits, liens, and other case documentation
• Assist attorneys with deposition and mediation preparation
• Support attorneys with drafting, discovery, calendaring, e-filing, and trial preparation
• Maintain accurate case notes, tasks, deadlines, and documentation within Clio
• Monitor litigation calendars and ensure deadlines and follow-up items are completed
• Identify missing information, stalled tasks, or case issues requiring attorney review
• Help keep multiple active litigation matters organized and moving forward

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
• Fluent Spanish required
• Strong understanding of personal injury litigation and case flow
• Experience with discovery, calendaring, e-filing, medical records, and litigation case management
• Ability to independently manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable identifying issues that require follow-up
• Experience with Clio preferred
