Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file court documents
• Manage discovery processes, including document production and e-discovery
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organization
• Maintain detailed case files and calendars
• Coordinate with opposing counsel and court personnel
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research databases and e-discovery software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• College degree or paralegal certification preferred, but not required
