What they need
Seeking highly organized and detail-oriented business/commercial litigation paralegal with at least 1-3 years’ experience. Superior writing, cite checking, organizing files, and research skills. Excellent at drafting interrogatories, document requests, proofreading, and using bluebook. Must be able to assist all stages of litigation and fully understand rule 9A. Candidate must have familiarity with the following applications: CLIO, office, excel, reveal, adobe, Dropbox, netdocs, and bluebook. Must know or learn how to use westlaw (cocounsel) and Lexis-Nexis (protégé). Will help prep clients for depositions, court hearings, and trials. Pay range depends on experience. Number of days in the office vs work from home depends on experience and ability to work from home. Please email resume, cover letter, and writing samples.
