Burnetti, P.A., a well-established Florida personal injury law firm, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Litigation Paralegal to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload from the filing of a lawsuit through resolution.
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, notices, motions, subpoenas, and other litigation documents.
• Coordinate and maintain litigation calendars, including hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial deadlines.
• Review and summarize medical records, bills, and case-related documents.
• Communicate regularly with clients, attorneys, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Assist attorneys with case strategy, trial preparation, exhibit organization, and witness coordination.
• Ensure compliance with court rules, filing deadlines, and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation within the case management system.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
• Strong knowledge of Florida litigation procedures and court rules
• Experience handling discovery, medical records, and trial preparation
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to outstanding client service
