What they need
Litigation Paralegal
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Personal Injury Litigation team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys throughout all stages of litigation, including case management, discovery, court filings, and trial preparation.
Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and legal documents.
- Assist attorneys with case management and trial preparation.
- Organize and electronically file legal documents.
- Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and scheduling.
- Conduct legal research and provide litigation support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Personal Injury Litigation experience.
- Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of California court procedures and e-filing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
