Litigation Paralegal

Parker Law, LLC is a growing law firm with offices in Columbia and Chapin, South Carolina seeking a Litigation Paralegal with civil litigation experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who wants meaningful, hands-on involvement in litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Manage case files and litigation calendars (deadlines, hearings, filings)
• Assist with discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, subpoenas)
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Schedule depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Prepare trial materials, exhibits, and binders
• Maintain organized and accurate case documentation
• Assist attorneys through all phases of litigation

Qualifications

• 2+ years litigation paralegal experience (civil litigation preferred)
• Experience with case management, discovery, and trial preparation
• Familiarity with South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with legal software / case management systems preferred
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$30/hour (depending on experience)

Schedule

Monday – Friday

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

In-person position with work performed at our Columbia and/or Chapin, SC offices.
