Litigation Paralegal

Company Description McNeel Law, PLLC is a fiduciary litigation firm serving San Antonio, Austin and the surrounding areas.

Role Description The Litigation Paralegal is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Antonio, Texas. This role supports attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case intake, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-judgment activities. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and formatting legal documents, organizing case files, managing calendars and deadlines, and coordinating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. The Litigation Paralegal will conduct legal research, assist with document review and production, prepare pleadings and motions for filing, and maintain accurate records in case management systems. The role requires consistent collaboration with attorneys and staff to ensure cases move forward efficiently and in compliance with court rules.

Qualifications

• Must have paralegal certificate, relevant degree, or equivalent experience in litigation support
• Prior litigation paralegal experience preferred.
• Experience drafting and organizing pleadings, discovery requests and responses, document production, and court notices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe PDF.
• Comfort with legal practice management software and document management systems.
• Strong organizational, time management, and case file management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with a legal team, and handle confidential information with professionalism.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
