As a Litigation Paralegal, you will help manage cases through each stage of litigation, supporting clients and attorneys from case preparation through mediation and settlement. This full-time, on-site opportunity offers a chance to contribute your litigation skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned cases through all stages of litigation, including mediation and settlement.
• Prepare and complete state and federal court filings, including electronic filing.
• Propound and respond to written discovery and coordinate discovery workflows.
• Track case deadlines, maintain files, and ensure accurate case management records.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and other parties to support case progress.
• Assist with litigation preparation and manage a busy caseload with attention to detail.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience managing cases through litigation, including mediation and settlement.
• Experience filing and e-filing in state and federal courts.
• Experience propounding and responding to discovery.
• Strong organization, communication, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Prior litigation paralegal experience.
• Background in employment law.
• Experience managing a caseload of 30 or more matters.
