Litigation Paralegal

Palm Beach Gardens | 100% Onsite | Full-Time

A respected and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Palm Beach Gardens team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of litigation matters from inception through resolution.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, the ability to independently manage an active caseload, and a proven track record of supporting attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files through all stages of the case lifecycle
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence
• Coordinate and track court deadlines, filings, and case-related activities
• Organize and maintain case files, records, exhibits, and supporting documentation
• Assist with deposition, mediation, hearing, and trial preparation
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, experts, and third-party vendors
• Review, collect, and organize documents for discovery and litigation support
• Prepare attorney binders, exhibits, and other case materials as needed
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely progression of assigned matters

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Demonstrated experience independently managing a meaningful caseload from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, timelines, and court processes
• Experience drafting litigation-related documents and coordinating discovery activities
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software

Preferred Qualifications

• Plaintiff-side litigation experience
• Trial preparation experience
• Experience supporting complex or document-intensive litigation matters
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training

Work Location: This position is 100% onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Remote, hybrid, and relocation assistance are not available for this role.
