Litigation Secretary

Basic up to $4,000 + PB

Working Hour: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)

Location: Toa Payoh

Job Summary
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a team of lawyers, overseeing legal documentation and handling ad hoc tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Offer timely and accurate secretarial assistance, including drafting documents and managing correspondence
• Handle administrative duties to support workflow efficiency and continuity within the legal team
• Communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders
• Utilise knowledge of litigation procedures and the eLitigation system to support case management and filings
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide additional administrative support when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Law or Paralegal Studies
• Familiarity with litigation processes and the eLitigation system
