Litigation Solicitor

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will have experience in Personal Injury and/or Property Litigation. They will be responsible for managing complex litigation cases, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients in a variety of contentious matters.

Duties

• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of litigation cases, ensuring effective case progression and resolution.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on contentious matters, including dispute resolution, contractual disputes, and civil litigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, pleadings, and settlement agreements with precision and attention to detail.
• Represent clients at court hearings, mediations, and negotiations with professionalism and confidence.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to develop comprehensive case strategies.
• Keep abreast of relevant legislation, case law, and procedural developments affecting litigation practices.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Litigation Solicitor with a strong track record in managing complex cases.
• Background in Personal Injury and/or Property Litigation matters.
• Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favourable outcomes for clients while maintaining professional integrity.
• Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail in legal research and documentation.
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present arguments persuasively in court.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service excellence.

Pay: £35,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
