What they need
- Handle criminal and civil legal assistance, including police and prosecutor inquiries.
- Manage complaints from NGOs, Legal Counsel, and Regulators to minimize legal risks.
- Prepare legal opinions, demand letters (somasi), lawsuits, and other court-related documents.
- Drive the legal recovery process for criminal cases and asset-related disputes.
- Coordinate and negotiate with law enforcement and government agencies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law; a Master’s Degree (S2) is preferred.
- Certified Advocate (Must have valid KTA PERADI and Berita Acara Sumpah).
- Min. 2-3 years in Legal/Litigation (Multifinance or Law Firm background is a plus).
- Expert in Legal Drafting, Litigation Techniques, and Risk Mitigation.
- Strong Negotiation, High Risk Awareness, and Professional Integrity.
- Ability to handle external pressures (e.g., NGOs/Mass Organizations) and high mobility.
- Willing to be placed in our Business Head, Yogyakarta.
