Litigation Support

LeeSalmonLong is a specialist litigation practice based in the Auckland CBD. Our lawyers represent clients at all levels of the New Zealand courts and in arbitrations.

About you:

We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, highly organised, computer literate and with a keen eye for detail to join our respected firm. This is a busy and varied role covering litigation support and general administration tasks.

Litigation Support:

Work closely with the litigation support manager, partner, associate and/or solicitor who will supervise work which you undertake.

• Managing Litigation Support software
• Editing and hyperlinking PDFs
• Providing support to the team in relation to disclosure and trial document requirements, programmes and procedures
• Regular archiving of hardcopy and electronic files in a consistent and cost effective manner

Administrative Tasks:

Provide administrative and general office support to partners, practice manager and wider team as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 4 years' litigation support experience
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced experience using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
• Naturally proactive with a genuine can-do attitude
• Adobe and hyperlinking
• Current New Zealand Police Vetting clearance or the ability to obtain one

Experience in a legal firm would be an advantage.
