What they need
- Assists the Head Litigation in the filing of legal pleadings including but not limited to petitions for foreclosure and complaints for ejectment/unlawful detainer.
- Paralegal certification or legal studies background required at hiring.
- Conducts legal research on factual background of and applicable laws and/or jurisprudence to legal issues/disputes.
- 1-2 years of legal experience required for this position.
- Coordinates with private and government agencies for research, inquiries and verification.
- Represents the Association in the public bidding for the auction sale of foreclose properties.
- Consolidates titles of foreclosed properties.
- Drafts the Plans and Programs of the Litigation and Prosecution Sector for correction by the Head Litigation .
- Monitors the status of pending cases.
- Drafts reports on the status of cases handled by the Litigation and Prosecution Sector for correction by the Head Litigation .
- Drafts contracts, pleadings, memoranda, reports and other communications for review of the Head Litigation .
- Basic legal document drafting skills required for contract and pleading preparation.
