Litigation Team Coordinator | Fixed Term

A fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Practice Administrator to join a leading top-tier law firm's Litigation team on a fixed-term basis, providing parental leave cover.

This is a varied role working closely with Partners, lawyers and business services teams, supporting the smooth running of a busy practice.

What you'll be doing:

* Supporting Partners and legal teams with day-to-day administration
* Managing billing, client reporting and financial administration
* Coordinating files, matters, compliance and archiving
* Assisting with document preparation, formatting and litigation support
* Managing diaries, travel, meetings and team coordination
* Supporting client relationship management and CRM updates
* Working closely with internal business services teams

What we're looking for:

* Strong administration experience, ideally within professional services
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Confidence managing competing priorities
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Legal administration, billing or finance experience is a bonus
