Live Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Host live-streaming sessions to showcase and promote our products.
• Interact with viewers in a fun, professional, and engaging manner.
• Provide product demonstrations, highlight features, and answer questions in real time.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute live stream content.
• Monitor live stream performance and audience engagement metrics.
• Stay updated on social media trends to keep the content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Confidence and charisma on camera with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Malay &  English with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
• Passion for e-commerce and social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
• Prior experience in live hosting, sales, or content creation is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work during evenings or weekends for live sessions, if required.
