Live Chat Agent – Customer Support Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer questions quickly, professionally, and with empathy.
• Resolve issues related to orders, accounts, products, payments, and services.
• Manage multiple live conversations while maintaining accuracy and a personal touch.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide clear, easy-to-follow solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
• Document customer interactions and follow established support procedures.
• Turn challenging conversations into positive customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
• Friendly, patient, professional, and solution-oriented personality.
• Fast and accurate typing with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers, chat platforms, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
• Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or chat support experience is a plus—but great communicators with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $16.97 - $38.08 per hour
