Job Title: Live Chat Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for candidates who have Minimum 1 year of experience in Live Chat (customer support ) with Good English communication skills. The role involves resolving customer queries via chat, ensuring a seamless user experience, and maintaining high service standards aligned with financial services compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through live chat support in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies
• Prior experience in Fintech / Banking / Customer Support (Chat process)

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Degree (UG & PG) can apply.
• 1 Year Mandatory Experience in Email or Chat or Non Voice Process (With proper offer, relieving and pay slips - Documents should be proper)
• 5 Days working / 2 Days Rotational Week Off
• Rotational shifts (Which will include night shift as well).
• Salary: Up to 5 LPA
• 2-way Cab will be provided.
• Immediate Joiners Preferred (Who can join with us within July, 2026).
• Job Location : Shriram Gateway, Perungalathur (Within Boundary Limits)
