- Work on international non-voice processes for UK and US clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-10 years of experience in web chat or similar roles (blended process).
- Strong understanding of international non-voice processes for UK and US markets.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
