Insurish, a leading insurance provider is seeking a remote Live Chat Support Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance with insurance-related inquiries
- Answer customer questions and provide guidance on insurance products and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collect and update customer information in our database
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
