LIVE Host & Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Host engaging LIVE sessions on TikTok/Shopee/Lazada and other relevant e-commerce/social platforms.
• Introduce and demonstrate products clearly and naturally during LIVE sessions.
• Engage viewers, respond to comments and encourage interaction and purchases.
• Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social platforms.
• Participate in content shoots, campaign videos and brand-related content.
• Develop creative content ideas based on current trends and audience behaviour.
• Work closely with the marketing, creative and commerce teams on campaigns.
• Understand campaign briefs, product information and key selling points before going LIVE.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches and special sales periods.
• Review LIVE/content performance and continuously improve presentation and content style.
• Maintain a professional and positive image when representing the company and its clients.

Requirements

• Confident, expressive and comfortable speaking in front of the camera.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Familiar with TikTok, social media trends and short-form content.
• Creative and able to think of engaging ways to present products and content.
• Comfortable appearing in different types of brand and lifestyle content.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently as well as with a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours when LIVE campaigns require it.
• Experience in LIVE hosting, content creation, sales, retail, events or social media is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong on-camera presence are welcome to apply.
