Live Host

Responsibility:

• Host live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, and other social media platforms.
• Demonstrate products professionally and explain product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Engage with viewers, answer questions, and encourage purchases during live sessions.
• Achieve live streaming KPIs, including sales, GMV, viewers, engagement rate, and conversion rate.
• Prepare product knowledge before each live session.
• Follow live streaming schedules and campaign requirements.
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and brand-consistent image during live sessions.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging short-form videos for TikTok and Shopee.
• Participate in video shooting and content production.
• Work closely with the marketing and wholesales team to execute content strategies.
• Ensure content aligns with company branding and marketing objectives.
• Build and maintain a professional image on social media platforms.
• Increase audience engagement and follower growth across social media platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and viral content.
• Become a trusted product expert through consistent content creation.
• Achieve monthly sales and live streaming targets.
• Monitor content and live performance metrics.
• Analyze performance and continuously improve content quality and live presentation.
• Recommend new ideas to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion.

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic, sales-driven, and engaging personality.
• Experience in live streaming / sales / retail is a plus.
• Familiar with TikTok trends and e-commerce platforms.
• At least 2-3 videos posting per week.
• Prefer Language Bahasa Malaysia & English as a plus.
• Candidate must be willing to work at Beranang (near Semenyih).
