• 主持高互动、高转化的直播，积极推广并销售公司的产品与服务。
• 在直播过程中与观众进行即时交流，解答疑问、回应异议，并有效引导成交。
• 清晰且生动地展示产品功能、优势及使用方法，提升观众购买意愿与下单转化率。
• 与市场营销团队密切配合，共同策划以销售为导向的直播内容、脚本及促销方案。
• 在直播过程中积极推动优惠活动、限时促销及明确的购买引导，促进销售业绩。
• 根据直播数据表现及观众反馈提出优化建议，持续提升直播质量与销售成效。
• 在直播过程中保持专业、自信且富有感染力的销售形象，建立良好的品牌形象与客户信任。

• 具备强烈的销售意识及目标导向，擅长说服客户并带动观众购买。
• 镜头表现力佳，形象自然、有活力，表达能力强，勇于沟通，并具备优秀的销售能力。
• 具备直播主持、销售或短视频内容创作相关经验者优先考虑。
• 反应敏捷，具备良好的临场应变能力，能够有效回应观众提问及处理购买疑虑。
• 具备创意思维及结果导向意识，持续追求更高的互动率、转化率及销售业绩。
• 具备良好的中文（华语）沟通能力，能够在直播过程中清晰、流畅且具说服力地表达产品价值。
• 熟悉中文书写及口语表达，了解直播销售流程，并掌握直播互动及销售话术者优先。
• 以业绩为导向，勇于挑战销售目标，符合资格者可享有佣金（Commission）及业绩达标奖金（Target Achievement Bonus）。

What you’ll be doing

• Host engaging, high-conversion live streaming sessions to actively promote and sell the company's products and services.
• Interact with viewers in real time by answering questions, addressing objections, and effectively guiding customers toward making purchases.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage in a clear and engaging manner to increase purchase intent and conversion rates.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and develop sales-driven live stream content, scripts, and promotional campaigns.
• Actively promote special offers, limited-time deals, and clear call-to-action messages during live streams to drive sales performance.
• Analyze live stream performance and audience feedback, providing recommendations to continuously improve content quality and sales results.
• Maintain a professional, confident, and persuasive on-camera presence throughout live streams while building brand credibility and customer trust.

What we’re looking for

• Strong sales mindset and results-driven attitude, with the ability to persuade customers and influence purchasing decisions.
• Confident and engaging on camera, with a natural, energetic personality and strong communication and selling skills.
• Prior experience in livestream hosting, sales, or video content creation will be an added advantage.
• Quick-thinking and adaptable, with the ability to respond effectively to audience questions and address purchasing concerns in real time.
• Creative and performance-oriented, with a continuous drive to achieve higher engagement, conversion rates, and sales results.
• Excellent Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills, with the ability to present products clearly, confidently, and persuasively during livestream sessions.
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, with a good understanding of livestream sales techniques, customer engagement, and sales-driven communication.
• Results-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets. Qualified candidates will be entitled to Commission and Target Achievement Bonuses based on performance.
