What you'll be doing

1. Hosting engaging live stream sessions to showcase our products and services to potential customers
2. Effectively communicating product features, benefits, and unique selling points to generate sales
3. Building rapport with viewers and addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop compelling content and scripts for live stream sessions
5. Monitoring and analysing live stream performance data to identify areas for improvement
6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and customer preferences to deliver a seamless live streaming experience

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in live streaming or video presentation, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and captivate an audience
3. Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively showcase and sell products
4. Proficiency in using live streaming platforms and related tools
5. Adaptability and quick thinking to handle various customer queries and concerns during live sessions
6. A passionate and enthusiastic personality with a natural flair for sales and customer service
