What they need
Job Responsibilities:-
- Host daily live streaming sessions on TikTok to sell products
- Actively engage with viewers and drive purchase decisions (CTA: buy now, limited deals, urgency)
- Present and demonstrate products clearly with strong selling points
- Handle customer objections and questions professionally during live
- Plan live content strategy (offers, bundles, promotions) to maximize sales
- Track and monitor live performance (GMV, conversion rate, engagement)
- Analyze live data and optimize scripts, timing, and selling techniques
- Work closely with marketing team for campaign execution
- Ensure all live sessions and content uploads follow timeline and schedule
Requirements:
- Confident and comfortable in front of camera
- Experience in sales / retail / tele sales / live selling
- Energetic, lively, and engaging personality
- Able to review own performance and improve content strategy
