• Property Showcasing: Present property projects dynamically, highlighting key selling points, location advantages, pricing, and exclusive promotions.
• Audience Engagement: Interact with viewers in real-time, handling Q&A sessions with charisma to build a loyal community.
• Content Strategy: Conceptualize, script, and plan creative livestream topics and promotional hooks.

Lead Generation & Marketing

• Drive Conversions: Encourage viewer inquiries and registration to convert live traffic into high-quality leads.
• Sales Collaboration: Seamlessly collect and pass prospective leads to the sales team for timely follow-ups.
• Campaign Support: Actively participate in and promote exciting property launches and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Camera-Ready: High comfort level performing in front of the camera (prior livestreaming experience is a huge plus!).

• Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

• Personality: Energetic, confident, and outgoing with a natural ability to connect with people.

• Languages: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Background: Fresh graduates with a hunger to learn are highly encouraged to apply!

• Passion: A genuine interest in the property and real estate industry is a bonus.
