Live Host

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Live Host to join our E-commerce team. This role is responsible for hosting live streaming sessions across e-commerce and social media platforms, engaging customers, promoting products, and supporting sales growth through live commerce activities. This is an entry-level position, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training, equipment, products, and studio facilities will be provided together with attractive commission rates.

Key responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other relevant channels.
• Present, demonstrate, and explain Cosmoderm products in an engaging and professional manner.
• Interact with viewers, answer customer enquiries, and build audience engagement during live sessions.
• Promote ongoing campaigns, product launches, and special offers.
• Work closely with the E-commerce team to plan and execute live content.
• Assist with basic preparation before live sessions, including product setup and coordination.
• Prepare a simple weekly report summarizing live performance, including key metrics, learnings, customer feedback, and sales results.
• Monitor competitor live streams and share observations on promotions, hosting styles, best practices, and market trends.
• Provide ideas and suggestions to improve future live sessions and overall performance.

About you

• SPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking to a live audience.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Positive attitude, confident personality, and willingness to learn.
• Interest in skincare, beauty, e-commerce, and social media.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop Live, Shopee Live, Open Broadcaster Software (OBS), is an added advantage.
• Able to prepare simple reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
