Live Host

Key Responsibilities

• Host and conduct engaging livestream sessions on TikTok, Shopee and other relevant platforms.
• Introduce and demonstrate products in a clear, confident and engaging manner.
• Communicate product features, benefits, promotions, bundles and ongoing campaigns.
• Interact with viewers in real time by answering questions, responding to comments and encouraging engagement.
• Create an energetic and entertaining livestream environment to attract and retain viewers.
• Drive product awareness, engagement and sales through effective product presentation and selling techniques.
• Encourage viewers to add to cart, purchase products and participate in livestream campaigns.
• Work closely with the E-Commerce, Marketing and Creative teams to prepare livestream content, scripts and product talking points.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, campaign mechanics and competitor activities.
• Assist in preparing livestream props, products and setup before each session.
• Monitor livestream performance and provide feedback on content, audience behaviour and product performance.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, special events and other content creation activities when required.
• Maintain a professional and positive brand image throughout all livestreams.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Live Host, Livestreamer, Content Creator, Sales Presenter or similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confident, energetic and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage and build rapport with viewers.
• Good selling and persuasion skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Interested in beauty, skincare, personal care, fashion or lifestyle products.
• Able to think quickly and respond naturally to viewers during live sessions.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are an added advantage.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live or other livestream/e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
