Live Host

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Live Host to join the sales team at ESSE VIDA. You will be working with our new CELEBRITY PARTNERS. This is a full-time position (2 hours live - 2 hours break - 2 hours live) based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Live Host, you will be the face of our brand, delivering compelling presentations and engaging directly with audiences across our live streaming and digital platforms. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and building customer relationships through authentic, energetic on-camera performances that showcase our products and services to potential customers.

Key responsibilities:

1. Host live streaming sessions on various digital platforms, presenting ESSE VIDA products and services in an engaging and persuasive manner
2. Interact authentically with viewers during live broadcasts, answering questions and addressing concerns in real-time
3. Develop and deliver compelling product presentations that highlight key features, benefits and value propositions
4. Meet and exceed sales targets by converting viewer interest into confirmed purchases during and after live sessions
5. Build and maintain relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty and repeat purchases
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to plan content, promotional campaigns and live streaming schedules
7. Monitor audience engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve hosting performance
8. Maintain thorough knowledge of all product lines, pricing, promotions and company policies
9. Represent ESSE VIDA brand values consistently across all customer interactions and communications

What we're looking for:

1. Proven experience as a live host from skin care, cosmetics, health, beauty, and wellness industry.
2. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and captivate audiences
3. Natural charisma, confidence and comfort performing on camera in real-time situations
4. Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
5. Excellent product knowledge and ability to explain complex product features in simple, relatable terms
6. Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build genuine connections with customers
7. Proficiency in using live streaming platforms, social media and digital tools
8. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends to accommodate peak viewing times
9. High energy levels, enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards customer engagement
10. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
11. Preferred: Experience in beauty, wellness, health or lifestyle sectors
12. Preferred: Bilingual capabilities (English and Filipino) to reach wider audiences
