Live Host

We are seeking a confident, engaging, and sales-driven Live Host to represent brands through livestreaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other social commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will educate audiences on beauty and skincare products, drive customer engagement, and contribute to sales growth through compelling live content.

Key Responsibilities

• Host daily livestream sessions on TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other digital platforms.
• Demonstrate and explain L'Oréal beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products in an engaging manner.
• Interact with viewers in real-time by answering questions and providing product recommendations.
• Drive sales conversions through effective product presentations and promotional activities.
• Create a positive and energetic livestream environment that enhances audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to plan livestream campaigns and promotions.
• Stay updated on beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments.
• Participate in product training, rehearsals, and content preparation.
• Monitor livestream performance metrics and recommend improvements for future broadcasts.
• Ensure accurate product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and proper usage.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Live Host, Livestream Seller, Content Creator, or Sales Host is preferred.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging with large audiences.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
• Familiarity with TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, and other social commerce platforms.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and campaign periods.
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
