Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-driven Live Selling Host / Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for hosting live streaming sessions, engaging with viewers, promoting products, and assisting customers throughout the credit application and purchase process.

Perform live on platforms such as TikTok in live streaming sessions.

Engage actively with viewers during live streaming sessions by responding to questions, reading comments, and creating an interactive and engaging live experience.

Clearly explain product features, benefits, and credit/installment financing options to customers in a persuasive and professional manner.

Conduct proactive follow-ups with prospective customers via WhatsApp Business, guiding them through the credit application process until successful closing.

Assist customers throughout the credit purchase process, including collecting required documents and ensuring all application information is complete and accurate.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve credit approval rates and sales conversion.

Achieve individual sales targets and live streaming performance KPIs established by the company.

Collaborate with the Content Creator team as on-screen talent by contributing to content planning, script development, content concepts, and live selling strategies.

Coordinate closely with internal teams regarding lead status, application progress, sales closing, and overall sales performance.

Requirements:

• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera
• Energetic, engaging, and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to interact naturally with viewers and build audience engagement
• Sales-oriented and target-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays when required
• Previous experience in live selling, hosting, sales, customer service, marketing, or any related experience
• Previous TikTok Live or livestreaming experience is a plus

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
