Live Host/ Live Streamer

Are you confident on camera, quick on your feet and naturally good at connecting with people?

Horgen, a contemporary bed, bath and lifestyle brand, is looking for an energetic and engaging Live Streamer / Live Host to join our team in Malaysia. You’ll host live commerce sessions, bringing Horgen products to life through conversation, demonstrations and real-time interaction with viewers.

What You’ll Do

• Host regular livestream sessions in English on platforms such as TikTok and Shopee
• Introduce and demonstrate Horgen products in an engaging, natural and informative way
• Interact with viewers, answer questions and maintain strong energy throughout each livestream
• Communicate promotions and product benefits clearly while driving engagement and sales
• Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce and retail teams to plan livestream themes, content and promotions
• Travel to retail stores and other locations as required to conduct on-location livestreams
• Participate in content creation, campaign shoots and other brand activities where required
• Keep up with livestream, TikTok and social commerce trends and contribute ideas for new content
• Support the wider team on related marketing, e-commerce and livestream activities as the needs of the business evolve

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent and confident in spoken English, as livestreams will primarily be conducted in English

• Naturally engaging, dynamic and comfortable on camera

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Able to think quickly, respond naturally to viewers and maintain an engaging conversation during live broadcasts

• Friendly and expressive personality with the ability to connect with an online audience

• A strong team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to shared goals

• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on different responsibilities as required

• Willing to travel to store locations and other venues for livestreams, events and content shoots

• Comfortable presenting and selling products during live broadcasts

• Willing and able to work evening and night shifts. The current working hours are 4:00 PM to 12:00 midnight, but may be adjusted from time to time based on livestream schedules, campaigns and business requirements

• Previous experience in livestreaming, hosting, retail, content creation, social media or sales is an advantage

• Fresh graduates with strong on-camera presence and communication skills are encouraged to apply

• Some design or creative background, with a good eye for visual presentation, styling and aesthetics

• Familiarity with Shopee Seller Centre, including basic livestream and e-commerce functions

• Familiarity with TikTok LIVE Studio and the basic technical setup and operation of TikTok livestreams

• Experience with basic content creation, photography, video editing or graphic design tools

• An interest in home, interiors, lifestyle and design
