Live Host Operation Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Host Operation Executive to join the Marketing & Communications Management team at NEXUS CONCEPT ONLINE SDN. BHD. This is a full-time position based in Bandar Tasik Selatan, Kuala Lumpur. You will play a crucial role in orchestrating and managing live hosting operations, ensuring seamless execution of live events, broadcasts, and digital content delivery. This position is integral to our marketing and communications strategy, directly contributing to brand visibility, audience engagement, and business growth through expertly managed live operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily LIVE streaming schedules for Live Hosts.
• Monitor Live Host attendance, punctuality, performance and KPI achievement.
• Prepare LIVE schedules, product information, scripts, talking points and campaign materials.
• Brief Live Hosts before campaigns and LIVE sessions.
• Monitor LIVE sessions and provide real-time operational support when required.
• Track LIVE performance including sales, viewers, engagement, conversion and GMV.
• Work closely with Live Hosts, TikTok operations and internal teams.
• Identify performance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure LIVE sessions follow client requirements, campaign objectives and company SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records of host schedules, performance reports and campaign results.
• Assist in training and onboarding new Live Hosts.
• Coordinate product samples, promotional materials and other LIVE requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management, commission and incentive live hosts.
• Handle operational issues during LIVE sessions and coordinate timely solutions.
• Continuously research TikTok LIVE trends, successful hosting techniques and industry practices.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in TikTok LIVE, e-commerce, social media, digital marketing or related operations.
• Experience working with Live Hosts, influencers or content creators is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of TikTok LIVE and TikTok Shop.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple LIVE sessions or campaigns.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese is an added advantage.
