Lago Homecare is an independent, locally owned homecare provider based in Yarm. We're CQC registered and building a team that delivers the kind of care we'd want for our own families. We're small enough that you'll know the office team by name, and growing fast enough that there's a real career here.

The placement

You'll support a gentleman in his 90s who needs help with mobility through the day and wants to stay in his own home on the family farm. His family are close by and involved in his care.

• 5.5 days a week with regular, predictable time off each week - the family cover the rest
• Your own private room with TV and Wi-Fi, and meals provided in the home
• Supporting with mobility, personal care, medication prompting, meals, companionship and the routines that matter to him
• Regular supervision and on-call support from our Yarm office

What you'll get

What we're looking for

• Previous paid care experience, and confidence with moving and handling
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car - the placement is in a rural location
• Right to work in the UK (we are not able to offer sponsorship)
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply through us) and two professional references
• Kindness, patience and reliability

Pay: From £130.00 per day
