Live-In Nanny

Duties

• Provide attentive, personalized care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences.
• Assist with preschool activities, educational play, and developmental exercises to promote growth and learning.
• Support children with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, nap times, and hygiene practices.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, social skills, and physical activity.
• Maintain household cleanliness through residential housekeeping tasks including cleaning children's areas and laundry.
• Offer personal transportation assistance for school drop-offs, appointments, or outings as needed.
• Provide caregiving support for children with disabilities or special needs by following specific care plans and medical instructions.
• Ensure safety by adhering to first aid and CPR protocols; respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants and toddlers.
• Prior nannying or private home childcare experience is essential; experience with multiple children is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of childcare best practices, including preschool activities and developmental milestones.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in working with children with disabilities is a plus.
• Strong skills in cleaning, household organization, and residential housekeeping to maintain a tidy living environment.
• Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks aligned with dietary guidelines.
• Personal transportation assistance experience to safely transport children to activities or appointments.
• Compassionate caregiving skills combined with patience, reliability, and excellent communication abilities.
