Live-in Superintendent

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Live-in Superintendent to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a 8 unit residential property in Sault Ste Marie. Duties

• Manage day-to-day property operations, including maintenance requests and tenant communications
• Oversee routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure property standards are met
• Coordinate repairs and upgrades involving electrical systems, HVAC units, low voltage systems, and mechanical equipment
• Respond promptly to emergency situations or urgent repairs to minimize downtime or tenant inconvenience

Skills

• Strong management and leadership abilities with supervising experience in industrial or residential settings
• Property management
• Effective communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination
• Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and industrial safety standards

This role comes with a reduced monthly rent on your unit, plus hourly pay for all time worked.
