Live Operation Specialist

Are you passionate about the dynamic world of Live Commerce? We are looking for a driven, creative, and highly organized Live Streaming Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning live streaming sessions, shooting content, editing videos, designing live visuals, and driving audience engagement to maximize Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) across live platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Live Event Execution: Plan, execute, and manage live streaming events across platforms to optimize channel performance and drive GMV growth.
• Real-Time Monitoring: Oversee live sessions in real time to ensure smooth technical operations, high audience interaction, and an energetic broadcast environment.
• Host Briefing & Scripting: Coordinate closely with live hosts, providing detailed briefings, scripts, and live-flow management to maximize host performance.
• Content Shooting & Creation: Shoot and produce engaging short-form video content (e.g., product teasers, behind-the-scenes, highlights) to generate pre-live hype and post-live engagement.
• Video Editing: Edit promotional and campaign videos optimized for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels) to drive traffic to live sessions.
• Live Visual & Asset Design: Create eye-catching visual assets for live streams, including streaming overlays, promotional banners, product graphics, and thumbnails.
• Data & Performance Analytics: Track and analyze daily streaming metrics (traffic, conversion rates, viewer retention, engagement) and translate them into actionable operational improvements.
• Real-Time Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose and resolve technical, operational, or product listing issues during live sessions.
• Inventory & Storefront Management: Manage product catalog displays, verify stock readiness, and optimize storefront layouts prior to and during streams.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and campaign teams to streamline promotional strategies and execution.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or digital operations (TikTok Live / TikTok Shop experience is a strong plus).
• Multimedia & Creative Skills: Practical experience in camera/smartphone content shooting, video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro), and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
• Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of the TikTok Live ecosystem, platform features, algorithms, and content trends.
• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Execution & Multitasking: Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills; adept at cross-functional communication and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Work Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifting hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the live broadcast schedule.
• On-Site Availability: Must be willing to work full-time on-site at our Jakarta office and available to join immediately.
• Leadership (Plus): Prior experience in managing or leading an operational team is an advantage.
