Live Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor livestream equipment, platforms, and streaming tools during live sessions.
• Set up and check cameras, microphones, lighting, internet connection, and other technical equipment before each livestream.
• Monitor livestream quality, including audio, video, connectivity, and overall stream performance.
• Coordinate with the Live Host, Account Manager, and other team members throughout the livestream.
• Assist in managing product displays, livestream layouts, overlays, and other on-screen elements.
• Monitor comments, viewer engagement, and platform activities when required.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during livestreams and take immediate corrective action when possible.
• Ensure that livestream sessions follow the approved schedule, brand guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Prepare and organize equipment before and after each livestream.
• Maintain proper records or reports related to livestream sessions, technical issues, and equipment usage.
• Perform other duties related to livestream operations as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least a Senior High School graduate; college graduates are preferred.
• Previous experience in livestream operations, e-commerce, broadcasting, production, or a related field is an advantage.
• Familiarity with livestream platforms such as TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and streaming software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to technical concerns.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
