Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Utilize strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse callers, including multilingual.
• Maintain accurate message entry of customer interactions through data entry and computer skills.
• Manage efficiently during high-volume call periods.
• Proven call center experience or previous roles involving extensive phone communication.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Basic technical proficiency with computers and data entry processes.
• Demonstrated customer service problem-solving abilities with a focus on client communication and satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of customer support best practices, call etiquette, and phone communication techniques.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
