LIVE SELLER

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a live selling professional who will demonstrate and sell products through live streaming platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate products clearly and convincingly during live sessions
• Manage live comments, product pinning, and viewer engagement
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally
• Upsell, cross-sell, and close sales during live sessions
• Operate smartphone/camera, microphone, and lighting setup
• Manage promotions and bundles
• Be reliable and punctual for scheduled live sessions
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Stand or present for extended periods

About you

• At least Senior High School graduate (or equivalent)
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or live selling is an advantage
• Comfortable appearing on camera for long periods
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Familiar with live selling platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, etc.)
• Quick learner with strong product knowledge retention
• Clear speaking voice and good on-screen presence
• Willing to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends)
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
