LIVE SELLER

JOB SUMMARY

As a live seller, you will host live selling sessions, showcase and sell our products, interact with customers, answer customer questions, and engage customers to purchase. This role requires excellent communication skills, confident on-camera presence, while effectively demonstrating the products and encouraging them to make purchase during the live session.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Host interactive and engaging live selling sessions on online selling platform.

2. Promote and demonstrate products in a clear and persuasive way.

3. Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets for each live selling session.

4. Create a strategy to attract and retain audiences while driving sales.

5. Analyze live session performance and sales data to identify areas for improvement.

6. Develop a clear and thorough understanding of the products.

7. Respond to viewers’ questions and address inquiries during live session.

8. Interact with customers in real-time through various communication channels such as live chat, video calls, or social media platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills.

2. Strong presentation, sales and customer service skill.

3. Basic knowledge of online selling platform and live-selling trends.

4. Experience in sales, retail, or e-commerce (preferred but not required).

5. Good understanding of the products they are presenting.

6. Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

7. Basic technical ability to operate live-streaming platforms.

8. Can operate laptop/computer.
