Live Stream Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Live Stream Assistant to support the preparation and execution of livestream sessions. The role is responsible for assisting with the technical setup, coordinating with the host, monitoring the livestream quality, and ensuring that all promotional and operational elements run smoothly before, during, and after each livestream.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and check livestream equipment including camera, microphone, computer, lighting, and internet connection before each session.
• Prepare the livestream environment including graphics, titles, backgrounds, and product displays.
• Upload product links, arrange product order, and activate promotions such as coupons or flash sales.
• Coordinate with the host before the livestream and provide a briefing on products, promotions, and key activities.
• Monitor the livestream to ensure good video quality, proper lighting, and clear audio.
• Assist the host during the livestream by preparing and providing product samples when needed.
• Help maintain the flow of the livestream and support any operational needs during the broadcast.
• Record and report any technical or operational issues encountered during the livestream.
• Organize and clean the live room after the session and document livestream data.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required. Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.
• Experience in livestreaming, e-commerce, social media, or content production is an advantage but not required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of social media or livestream platforms is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
