• Build excitement around products, promotions, and new releases
• Help maintain an organized and professional livestream environment
• Take ownership of preparing for sessions and continuously look for ways to improve the viewer experience and sales performance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, sales, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing role
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking, presenting, and being seen on camera
• Engaging personality with the ability to connect naturally with an audience
• Self-driven, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn about various trading card games and collectibles
• Ability to think on your feet and maintain energy during live sessions

Nice to Have

• Previous livestreaming, content creation, hosting, or on-camera experience
• Sales or retail experience with demonstrated ability to engage customers
• Existing knowledge or interest in Pokémon, One Piece, sports cards, or other trading card games and collectibles
