LIVE STREAM OPERATION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Live Stream Operation Supervisor to oversee daily live‑stream operations, including live room real‑time data monitoring, on‑site order & risk control, manpower scheduling & shift arrangement, KPI tracking and continuous operational improvement. You will lead the live operation team, manage daily roaster, monitor live performance metrics, handle on‑live escalations, maintain live‑room order, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth, stable live broadcast execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live‑room Real‑time Management Monitor live stream real‑time data, audience interaction, live‑room comments and overall order; spot abnormal risk situations during live session and execute timely intervention & escalation.

2. Manpower & Shift Scheduling Responsible for workforce planning, capacity assessment, create and maintain team shift rosters, allocate manpower according to live broadcast volume & peak hours, optimize resource utilization for normal and peak campaign periods.

3. Data & KPI Performance Management Track core live‑stream KPIs (viewership, engagement, on‑time rate, live completion rate etc.), compile regular performance reports, identify performance gaps and drive corrective improvement actions.

4. Team Daily Operation & Governance Standardize live‑room operation SOPs, conduct team briefings before & after live sessions; supervise team daily execution, give on‑job coaching, handle daily operational escalations.

5. Cross‑team Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with content, host, technical and QA teams to align live requirements, resolve live‑day bottlenecks, support live campaign projects delivery.

6. Risk & Issue Root‑cause Analysis Analyze recurring live‑room issues, comment disorder, broadcast interruptions; conduct RCA, summarize lessons learned to prevent recurrence.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 3‑5 years operation / team leadership experience; experience on manpower scheduling, workforce capacity planning is mandatory.

2. Hands‑on experience in real‑time operation monitoring, KPI reporting, dashboards for performance tracking; able to turn data insights into operational improvements.

3. Strong risk awareness, good at handling on‑site live unexpected incidents, escalation management, maintain live‑room order.

4. SOP drafting & process standardization capability; familiar with root‑cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

5. Language: Fluent English, Mandarin; Bahasa Melayu is an advantage.

6. Experience in e‑commerce live stream / content operation / QA / BPO operation background will be a strong plus.
