Live Stream Operations Assistant

About the role

You will be responsible for supporting and managing a group of live stream hosts, monitoring their performance, and assisting with their daily live-streaming operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support 5–10 live stream hosts
• Assist hosts with their daily live-streaming operations
• Monitor hosts' live-streaming performance and progress
• Provide guidance and support to hosts when needed
• Maintain good communication and working relationships with hosts
• Follow up on hosts' performance and streaming results
• Assist with other live-streaming operations and related tasks

About you

• Must be able to speak 3 languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu and English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interested in the live-streaming / entertainment industry
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn
• Able to manage and communicate with multiple hosts
• Previous experience in live-streaming, talent management or operations is an advantage
